Module 10

A worthwhile session, it was so amazing seeing so many fabulous resources available for teachers. The website scrapbook was so creative and could be easily adapted for the classroom. Students could join and monitor the resources on this site. The digital levels of Bloom's Taxonomy was a great review to update knowledge of the different levels and the many processes that can be incorporated into your teaching program. It was interesting to learn that blogs can be used for higher level thinking when used for discussion and collaboration. The video blogs and voice thread are a great source of social networking.

Thankyou for the opportunity to be part of this wonderful learning process I have learnt so much that I will be able to adapt into my teaching program.

Differentiated programming also is aided with this site and the search and brower functions are great!

Module 8

A great module interesting to learn about another innovative website that can be used in education. RSS feed had so many unusual and motivating sites that I will be able to use in programming and as a reference.

Module Five

During this module 5 I learnt all about podcasts and vodcasts and how they may be used in the classroom. The digital story telling using mind maps, pictures and media were most interesting and a great resource to enhance an English program. I also explored and signed up to teacher tube and embedded a video. The videos were most resourseful for programming there were so many topics that would be useful for the various KLA areas. I also investigated you tube and viewed some of the videos that would be suitable for my programming next term. A most valuable and enjoyable session.

Module Three

Google Docs
Today i learnt how to access Google Docs and create a new file. I learnt how to link an url to this page and share this with other people. It was interesting to receive others emails and be allowed to edit them. There were some limitations such as security limitations this could be an issue at school as their are different filters on the school's internet. This would though be a handy tool to use at home without these limitations.

Module Four
It was a very worthwhile experience to be able to set up a group of photos and crop, change and save these. I learnt how to organise collections and how to tag and change photos.
I learnt about the importance of privacy and that Flicker allows you to choose who you share with. It is important to be aware of privacy and copyright. There was a variety of publications to view such as photos, books, slide shows, cards and stamps. We reviewed the five ways to upload photos and videos onto flicker. It was a learning experience.
